We have the capability to submit electronic claims to the majority of insurance carriers. We send claims for secondary payors as well. Workers compensation, personal injury and some smaller insurance carriers without electronic abilities are submitted via paper claims. Often electronic claims are paid within 14 days of submission. We excel in electronic claims filing. 

Delinquent Claim Followup

Frequent and effective claim follow up is the only way to make sure that you are reimbursed for your services. We keep track of unpaid insurance claims and work with the insurance companies to make sure that we get your claims paid. 

Patient invoicing

Once a month, statements are sent to patients with remaining balances.
